About Me

Yasmin (she/hers) is an accomplished career coach, founder of Latina Out Loud, works as a Diversity Recruiting Consultant at a Fortune 100 company, and also erves as President of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) Phoenix chapter. Prior to her current role, Yasmin graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and launched her early career in corporate finance. During her time at ASU, she served as President of the ALPFA collegiate chapter which sparked her passion to give back to underserved communities, especially women of color. During her tenure, she concentrated on connecting as many first-generation students with the resources needed to succeed. Upon graduation, Yasmin transitioned to the professional ALPFA Phoenix board, where she serves as the Director of Corporate Affairs. In 2021, Yasmin pivoted from corporate finance into diversity, equity, and inclusion, and talent acquisition where she focuses on building diverse talent pipelines and opening doors for hermanas.
